1. Service and operator

By signing up or continuing to use the service you accept the current terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. Age and account

The service is for people aged 18 and over. By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or older.
An account opens once its email address is confirmed through the emailed link. An account not confirmed within 7 days is deleted.
Use your own email address, keep your password secret and do not hand the account to anyone else.
If you suspect someone else has access, change your password at once and write to info@shmuklergallery.ru.

3. Free and extended access

The daily practice and artist quotes are free; three materials in each library section are open for free.
The free plan holds up to three journal entries at a time. Deleting an entry frees a slot.
Payment for extended access is not available yet; Artisthesis does not collect payment details.
Features and limits may change; material changes are announced in the interface in advance.

4. Journal and notes

The journal is your personal space. You decide what to save and can export or delete entries at any time. You are responsible for what you write.

5. Not a medical service

Artisthesis does not diagnose conditions or replace a doctor, psychologist, emergency or other professional help. Tests and practices are for reflection only. In a crisis call 112 or a support hotline.

6. Content and rights

You keep the rights to your entries and grant the operator only the right to store and process them for the features you use.
The interface, texts, collections and images belong to their rights holders and may not be republished or sold without a lawful basis.

7. Acceptable use

Unlawful acts, interfering with security or operation, automated overload, attempts to obtain other people's data and infringing third-party rights are prohibited. Material breaches may limit access.

8. Export, deletion and changes

You can export your data and delete your account in your profile. Deletion ends access and removes data from the live database at once and from backups within 14 days.
